Mutlaq H. Al-Morished serves on the boards of TASNEE, Gulf Petrochemical & Chemical Association (GPCA), GCC Board Directors Institute, Saudi General Authority for Military Industries, TRONOX (NYC) and Small & Medium Enterprise Bank (SME Bank). Chairman of the board of National Metal Manufacturing & Casting Co. (Maadaniyah) & CITI Group in Saudi Arabia.
Prior to his present role, he held various high-level positions, including Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TASNEE, Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance (CFO) at SABIC, Vice President of Metals SBU, EVP Shared Services, President of SADAF and HADEED, consecutively. He was also Chairman of the Board of YANSAB, SABIC Capital in Netherland, SAUDI KAYAN, SABIC Captive Insurance Limited in UK and Alinma Investment Co. He was board member of Alinma Bank, Alinma Tokio Marine (ATMC), General Organization of Saudi Arabian airlines, Gulf Bank in Bahrain, Aluminum Bahrain (ALBA), A. M. Bin Saedan Real Estate Co. And the Advisory Board for Economic Affairs of the Supreme Economic Council of Saudi Arabia.
Al-Morished holds an MBA degree from Stanford University, a Master of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from Princeton University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Physics & Mathematics from the University of Denver.

Lama Al-Dossary was appointed vice president of people and senior advisor for human resources at the Saudi Tourism Authority in February 2022.

In this role, Al-Dossary designed a comprehensive organizational structure for the HR department, formulated salary structures and titling frameworks, crafted job descriptions, and established robust policies and procedures.

She also launched a learning accelerator program to develop each individual during their journey with the organization through customized experiences.

Since June 2023, Al-Dossary has been vice chair of the advisory board at the GCC Board Directors Institute in Riyadh. She plays an integral role in shaping the institute’s vision to become the premier hub for board directors, promoting the highest professional standards of corporate governance and professional directorship.

Prior to joining the STA, Al-Dossary was the director of human resources and the nominations and remunerations committee secretary at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund.

From 2019 to 2021, she was the senior director of human resources and acting VP of shared services at the Decision Support Center at the Royal Court, Riyadh, before which she was a professional development manager at McKinsey & Company in Dubai, overseeing and managing more than 100 individuals across the Middle East office.

In total, Al-Dossary has 19 years of experience in HR across diverse industries and geographies including Saudi Aramco, where she served for 10 years in multiple leading roles.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Sharjah, UAE, and is also a Society of Human Resources senior certified professional.

In May 2022, she graduated from the prestigious Wharton School’s CHRO Program, having earned the title of certified board director from the GCC BDI in September 2020.

Shuckri Bundakji participates as a specialist in Corporate Governance, Board Advisor and investor in international tech-enabled operating Companies. Shuckri has developed and managed exits of several privately owned ventures, which include on behalf of Sony, Bertelsmann, Savola Group, among others, and most recently his own family shareholding in Initial Saudi Group, a 22,000 staff company, which he was a CEO and spearheaded succession, transformation and Corporate Governance, leading to a trade sale.

Shuckri acquired his Corporate Governance directorship training from Harvard Business School and INSEAD in France. He is also a Chairman Emeritus of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Saudi Chapter and a member of the Jeddah Advisory Board of the GCC Board Directors Institute.

Mr. Elbagoury is a preeminent leader in Internal Audit, Governance, Risk, and Compliance, currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit at Ladun Investment Group. This distinguished position with a major entity listed on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) showcases his leadership in overseeing stringent regulatory standards enforced by the Capital Market Authority (CMA), with a focus on real estate investment, development, management, as well as construction, industrial operations, and community management. Previously, Mr. Elbagoury shaped the auditing and compliance landscapes as the Chief Internal Auditor for Tamkeen Group, a major force in human resources, healthcare services, manpower, and facility management, operating under the rigorous standards of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) in Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Elbagoury's rich expertise was significantly honed at KPMG’s Advisory practice, where he specialized in risk consulting services covering Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, Risk, and Compliance Management. His tenure there included ascending to key leadership roles globally and nationally, such as Member of the Board Advisory Committee, GRC Services Manager for KPMG Egypt, National Leader, and Collaboration and Knowledge Champion at KPMG Global. His audit acumen expanded further during his time with Telecom Egypt (WE) Group, Egypt’s premier integrated telecom operator, whereas a Senior Internal Auditor, he gained extensive experience in operational and non-financial audits, providing expert assurance and consulting services across diverse sectors.
Mr. Elbagoury began his illustrious career at KPMG as an External Auditor, where he developed a solid foundation in financial and statutory audits, delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to clients across various industries. This role set the stage for a career marked by high standards, strategic insight, and a profound commitment to excellence in audit and assurance.
Mr. Elbagoury's esteemed career is also marked by extensive board and committee involvement with prominent organizations across various sectors and geographies. He has held influential roles with Biodenix Health & Wellness in the UK, Sanford Royce Media & Communications in Switzerland, Thndr Technology Holding in the UAE, and Agel Holding for Financial Services in Egypt.

Dr. Shihab Elborai is a Partner with Strategy& and a member of the Energy, Resources and Sustainability practice.

He serves major energy industry players across the Middle East and North Africa by redesigning strategy, policies, governance structures, and regulatory frameworks to navigate the shift from fossil fuels to renewables and to help build sustainable energy delivery systems. Shihab co-leads the firm’s cross-industry platform on Sustainability in the Middle East.

Shihab received a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he was the recipient of the Raymie Stata fellowship and the Carlton E. Tucker award for excellence in teaching undergraduates. He holds a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and computer science from MIT.

Shahad Nejaim is the Director of Sustainability at Al-Dabbagh Group (ADG), where she leads the Group’s sustainability agenda to create stakeholder value across its strategic portfolio. Shahad brings seven years of consulting experience to the role. Prior to joining ADG, she spent four years at McKinsey & Company’s Riyadh office as a knowledge consultant. She has served private and public sector clients across EMEA on a range of projects including growth and transformation strategies. Her clients ranged from healthcare institutions and private banks to energy companies and retail conglomerates. Additionally, she led McKinsey’s Riyadh Office corporate social responsibility committee and scaled up two global capacity building McKinsey programs.

Shahad earned her Master of Professional Studies in Public Relations & Corporate Communications from Georgetown University, where she specialized in crisis communication and reputation management. She has a B.S. in Business Administration with a double specialization in marketing and entrepreneurship. Shahad currently has a seat on four boards of directors and is a member of Tanmiah Food Company’s ESG Board Committee.

Hamdan also has a significant experience advising on commercial contracts and merger and acquisition transactions.

Hamdan has drafted several publications/memoranda regarding the application of Saudi Arabian law in project transactions, including a recent publication regarding the excuse of force majeure under Saudi Arabian law further to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Hamdan was admitted as avocat to the Bar of Brussels, Belgium.

Hamdan obtained his Bachelor Degree in Law (candidature en droit) and his Master Degree in Law (licence en droit) summa cum laude, both from the University of Liege in Belgium.
