There seems to be a realisation that regulations and compliance with regulations - important as they may be – are not sufficient in isolation to ensure sustained ethical conduct in organisations.

This workshop will explore the link between ethics, trust and corporate reputation and will consider why the board is held accountable for corporate culture, as well as examine determinants of ethical behaviour and destructive sub-cultures.
