Devung Mahajan

Having established the Asset Owner & Alternative Asset Management (MEA), Bahrain Advisory (all industries) practice, Devung leads the entire Financial Services (MEA) and Asset Owners (MEA) practice, as well as advising global clients with Aon.
Prior to joining Aon EMEA, Devung was a Consultant with Aon India. In his previous role, he has worked on benchmarking, forecasting and customized results for industry specific (Banking, Retail, Power, Hospitality and Pharmaceutical) compensation and benefits trends in Asia Pacific and Europe.
Devung holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Economics degree from University of Delhi, New Delhi, India.
Varun Sethi
Associate Partner at AonVarun is a Director at Aon in the Middle East based in Dubai. He leads Data Solutions practice for MEA region (across sectors) & supports in building Continental Europe Data Solutions practice (for Financial Institutions). His area of expertise lies in Compensation & Benefits Surveys, Rewards Philosophy Audit & Design, Pay Range Design, Job Evaluation and Productivity Analysis.
Varun joined Aon India in 2009 and was associated in leading Investment Banking & Capital Markets, Life Insurance, Auto Finance sectors as well as Ratings Agencies. Along side, he managed key client relationships with large Banks, Reinsurance companies and NBFCs in the country. He also managed the Banking sector in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh until 2019.
During India stint, Varun has managed the survey-platform integration of Hewitt Associates Financial Institutions business and Aon in India after the Aon Hewitt merger in 2010. Subsequently led the Survey Transformation journey for India as part of the Aon Global Compensation Survey Program & Analytics platform in 2019.
Varun relocated to Middle East starting 2020 and is responsible for managing compensation surveys across Financial Institutions in the GCC region.
