Overview
The UAE Company Law and Code of Governance Workshop is a comprehensive two-hour workshop designed to provide participants with an understanding of the legal framework and governance practices governing companies in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This workshop aims to equip individuals with the knowledge and insights necessary to navigate UAE company law and ensure compliance with the established governance principles.
Additionally, participants will explore the UAE Code of Governance, which outlines the principles and best practices for corporate governance in the country. They will gain insights into the roles and responsibilities of board members, the importance of transparency and disclosure, shareholder protection, and the implementation of effective internal control mechanisms.
