A strategic approach to climate change has become a critical topic of discussion for many boards, with investors, regulators, and other stakeholders challenging organizations to take responsibility.



For boards to be effective stewards, they must understand the effects of climate change on their organizations and assess physical and transition risks, strategic risks, and opportunities according to their organizational scenarios. To rise to the challenge posed by climate change, organizations need to engage their boards and directors, as they recognize the important role they play in safeguarding the organization's sustainability.
