There seems to be a realisation that regulations and compliance with regulations - important as they may be – are not sufficient in isolation to ensure sustained ethical conduct in organisations.
This workshop will explore the link between ethics, trust and corporate reputation and will consider why the board is held accountable for corporate culture, as well as examine determinants of ethical behaviour and destructive sub-cultures. The workshop will also consider how a board can proactively create a positive company culture.

Who should attend?
This workshop is designed to meet the development needs of existing, new and aspiring members of boards of directors and board committees, as well as the needs of advisors and senior executives who report to the board or board committees.
Participants are required to currently hold or recently (within the preceding 3 years) have held either a director seat or a senior management position within an organization; and have basic English literacy.
